Add Manuals/ReleaseNotes for CentOS 4, 5 and 6 using design models on
    Manuals/ReleaseNotes/Tpl and messages on
    Scripts/Bash/Functions/Render/Config/Manuals/ReleaseNotes. The files
    under Manuals/ReleaseNotes are used by Anaconda when the
    packages are installed and the 'License' button is pressed.
