Subject: Update `texinfo_getEntryTitle.sh':


    - Start using `cli_getConfigValue' to retrive the style of section
      titles. This information is now set inside configuration files.

    - Start using `case ...  esac' construction to interpret the
      MANUAL_SECTION_STYLE property retrived from configuration file.
