Add `trunk/Manuals/Distro' directory.
    
        - In this directory we maintain distribution-specific
          documentation like, release notes, eula, web browser's default
          page, Apache test page and similar stuff.
    
        - To produce manuals in this directory, you need to provide the
          option `--releasever' to specify the release information you
          want to produce these manuals for. You can produce them all or
          just few of them using the option `--filter'.
    
        - Remember: Don't version output content produced in this
          directory. Only source files are versioned (i.e., the docbook
          files only).
