Update release-notes.html template:
    
        - Remove language direction tag. Presently, as we are using
          gettext to translate information and translations are made using
          the current locale information (no sed translation files) I
          don't know how to retrive the language direction information
          from this configuration, so until the way of retriving the
          current locale language direction the dir tag is removed to let
          web clients to determine the language direction.
    
        - Start using =COPYRIGHT= translation marker.
