Update centos-art.sh script related localization files.
    
    - Previously, the centos-art.sh script was concentrating all the
      translatable strings in just one single file. The
      Locales/${TCAR_SCRIPT_LANG_LC}/centos-art.sh.po file. This update
      changes this file to remove all translatable except those related
      to centos-art.sh script file itself.
    
      Note: The localization of centos-art.sh script (all the files it is
      made of) is now handle in a per-module basis now. Each module and
      global function should have its own set of localization files
      independently one another.
    
    - Remove centos-art.sh.mo file. This file shouldn't be under version
      control. It is binary.
