Update prepare module from tcar script.
    
    - Previously, prepare module was reading the workplace absolute path
      from non-option arguments provided in the command-line. In case more
      than one argument was provided in the command-line, prepare module
      didn't recognize them. This update changes prepare.sh to recognize
      each non-option argument provided in the command-line and create one
      workplace for each of them.
