Update `trunk/Identity/Webenv/App/Home' design models:
    
        - Remove the sponsors image from layout and start using the
          last-release division to display the last releases of The CentOS
          Distribution and a RSS link for them. There is no image involved
          in the last-release division.
    
        - Update commentaries.
    
        - Rename class name from `trail' to `usertrail'.
    
        - Rename class name from `user' to `userlinks'.
    
        - Rename class name from `links' to `appslinks' id in the
          `page-header' division and to `rightbar' id in `page-body'
          division. The `appslinks' id organizes all application related
          links (e.g., user session, user trails, and application main
          pages through tabs.). The `rightbar' id organizes links on the
          right side of `page-body'.
