Update directory structure related to brands design models.
    
    - Previously, design models related to brands were stored under the
      Models/Brands directory at the root location of the branch. This
      organization seems to be inappropriate when building rpm packages.
      In order to provide a better organization, this update moves design
      models related to brands from Models/Brands directory to
      tcar-models-brands directory.
