Update `cli_commitRepoChanges.sh':
    
        - Fix concatenation inside LOCATIONS loop in order to permit all
          positional parameters passed to this function to be processed.
          Otherwise, the last value passed in a list of more than one
          value, will be the one to prevail; leaving this way, one or more
          locations without processing.
