Update building designs of CentOS brand types:
    
        - The CentOS phrase was set to 7.5mm height with automatic width
          expansion to fit the correct phrase ratio (210mm). The height
          calculation was set using letter "C" baseline. Later, when the
          the height mention above was set to letter "C", the CentOS
          phrase replaced the letter C.
    
        - The CentOS phrase was set to 5mm under CentOS word.
