Update mantis-1.1.8-5.el5 theme.
    
     - Remove margin from pre elements. We mostly use pre in issue
       descriptions, specifically to describe the steps to reproduce
       field. In this case no surrounding text is entered in the field,
       but the pre tags with the command we run and produced the error.
