Update `help' functionality:
    
        - Add Modules directory structure and move `Config/' files to
          `Modules/Texinfo/Templates' directory structure.
          
        - I'm trying to separate internal functionalities in order for
          them to be loaded independently, as well. There is no need to
          load texinfo functionalities when we are working with docbook
          files, nor the opposite.
