Update `centos-art.sh' file:
    
        - Remove the CLI_PID variable. This variable is not used along the
          script.
    
        - Move the initialization of internationalization as high in the
          script as possible. This let us localize the value of the
          COPYRIGHT_HOLDER variable. And so, we did.
