Update directory structure for brands design models.
    
    - Previously, design models related to brands were stored in the
      tcar-models-brands directory. This directory structure makes the
      repository nonfunctional in its pristine state. This update moves
      design models related to brands from tcar-models-brands directory to
      Models/Brands directory in order to make the repository functional
      in its pristine state.
    
    - The COPYING file was removed in order to avoid duplicate copies of
      it. Once this file is removed from topic branches it will be added
      to the master branch.
