Subject: Update render_getIdentityConfig.sh:


    - BASEACTIONS is no longer used. It is implicit when we use the
      `--render' functionality. When we use the --render option, there
      is no other rendition but rendition of images.

    - POSTACTIONS and LASTACTIONS remain. They are the main goal of
      pre-rendition configuration scripts.
