Merge branch 'tcar-scripts-tuneup-docs' into tcar-scripts-tuneup
    
    - Previously, tuneup scripts and tuneup documentation were in separate
      branches. This made difficult to revise the automation scripts while
      writing documentation. In order to make the process of writing
      documentation easier, this merge unifies both tuneup scripts and
      tuneup documentation into tcar-scripts-tuneup branch.
