Update `trunk/Packages' directory structure:
    
        - Create CentOS-5 directory and its rpmbuild environment inside.
    
        - Inside CentOS-5 rpmbuild environment only Sources, Build and
          Specs trees will be under version control. The rest of
          directories are there to store unversioned files which are
          created in the rpmbuild process.
