Update locale module of centos-art.sh script.
    
    - Add --report option to locale_getOptions function. This option
      prints a banner line after updating files. This banner line
      describes how many files were examined for extracting translatable
      strings.
    
    - Update Spanish (es_ES) translations for file sub-module and
      directory sub-modules inside locale module.
