Add 'es_ES/repository-init.pl' to texinfo templates used by help
    functionality:
    
        - This file extends the main texi2html initialization file
          (`trunk/Manuals/Texinfo/repository-init.pl') to provide Spanish
          translation messages when XHTML output is produced using the
          `es_ES.UTF-8' locale.
