Update tcar_printUrl.sh file.
    
    - Previously, the =URL= translation marker was expanded to TCAR_BRAND
      variable. The TCAR_BRAND variable is no longer defined inside the
      centos-art.sh script so =URL= was expanded to an empty value. This
      update changes the tcar_printUrl function to use centos.org as
      expansion value to =URL= translation marker.
