Update `texinfo_searchNode.sh' file:
    
        - Update comments.
    
        - Start using MANUAL_NODE local variable to store the node
          information passed to info reader.
          
        - Verify MANUAL_NODE against MANUAL_NAME. If they both are the
          same is because only the MANUAL_NAME information was provided as
          documentation entry. In such case use manual's `Top' node.
