Add `trunk/Manuals/Tcpi-ug' directory to repository. Now the book uses
    a different organization which is divided in two parts. One part to
    organize connectivity topics (like IP over telephone line
    configurations) and other to organize topics related to internet
    services (e-mail server, dns, ldap, etc.).
