Update `texinfo_updateStructureSection.sh':
    
        - Start using `texinfo_makeSeeAlso' functionality as part of
          section structure actualization.  Each time a section is created
          or deleted the `texinfo_makeSeeAlso' functionality is executed
          for the MANUAL_ENTRY in question.
