Update directory structure for TreeFlower 1 artistic motif:
    
        - Add Backgrounds directory structure.
    
        - Fix Concept directory structure to use a more recent directory
          layout.
    
        - The artistic motif was not touched, just the surrounding
          directory and file organization inside the artistic motif
          directory structure.
