Update mantis-1.1.8-5.el5 theme.
    
     - Previous to this commit the Change Log view was printed in just one
       line. In this commit the br tag was allowed in this sectio by
       adding (e.g., tt > br).
    
     - The README file was updated to reflect that there isn't any
       configuration file provided in the theme tree. Also, a different
       line describing author contribution was introduced.
    
     - Update domain names used inside centos-header.html and
       centos-bottom.html.
