Update `help' functionality:
    
        - When no action is provided to `centos-art.sh' script, the
          backend-specific default action is used then.  In this commit I
          moved definition of this default action from
          `Help/help_getOptions' to `Help/Texinfo/texinfo.sh' file to make
          it backend-specific.
