Update cli_getFilesList.sh and cli_printActionPreamble.sh:
    
        - Move verification of FILES variable from
          cli_printActionPreamble to cli_getFilesList. The
          cli_printMessages are now set to standard error output so we
          should be safe now from filling variables that use
          cli_getFilesList standard output as value.
