Remove the path suffix from absolute path inside design models in
    favor of using =REPO_TLDIR= translation marker. 
    
        - The =REPO_TLDIR= translation marker expands the value of
          cli_getRepoTLDir functionality when the translated temporal
          instance of design models is created. This make possible to
          download the working copy of CentOS Artwork Repository in a
          home directory from `/home/centos' directory.
