Update `trunk/Identity/Webenv/App/Home' XHTML design models:
    
        - Remove `usertrail' from `content'.
    
        - Move the `top' link construction into `credits'. This way we can
          control the space around the content using just the `credits'
          (e.g., padding) definition.
