Add svg.sh, svg_getActions.sh, and svg_updateMetadata.sh files to
    Bash/Functions/Svg functionality. It is possible now to update
    massively the metadata information of scalable vector graphics using
    the command: `centos-art svg --update-metadata=path/to/dir'.
