Update cli_updateRepoChanges.sh:
    
        - Don't verify file/directory existence here.  When we perform a
          copying action, the target location doesn't exist and we need to
          include it in the list of chapter directories to verify in order
          to perform changes verifications through subversion. Otherwise
          it would be excluded.
