Update repository documentation manual.
    
        - Remove trunk/Identity/Locales/Identity and related documentation
          entries from repository documentation manual. These entries
          contain obsolete information. Sed translations are no longer
          used as described here. 
    
        - At this moment content translation is rather straightforward and
          could be covered in trunk/Identity/Locales documentation entry.
