Update `help_getEntries.sh':
    
        - When the `path/to/dir' format is specified as non-option
          argument, be sure the first directory in the path be used as
          chapter directory and everything else from second directory on,
          as section name.
    
        - Update verifications done through `gawk' and `cut' commands in
          order to achive such purpose.
