Update script files to make clear that cli_printActionPreamble
    uses three arguments from which the first to are required to pass.
    Otherwise, when producing content massively, the centos-art script
    could get confuessed about the arguments passed and considered some
    path as second and third argument when we really dont want to pass
    arguments at all.
