Update directory structure related to font files.
    
    - Previously, font files were stored under the Fonts directory at the
      root location of the branch.  This organization seems to be
      inappropriate when one builds rpm packages. In order to provide a
      better organization, this update moves font files from Fonts
      directory to tcar-fonts directory.
