Update xhtml_setCleanUp.sh file.
    
    - Previously, there was no verification for xhtml transitional
      documents or 
      files it treats them as if they were not xml documents and
      duplicating the  definition
      (note the double ??). This update changes the xhtml_setCleanUp file
      to verify existence of transitional documents and 
      well. This make tuneup to treat both transitional and strict xhtml
      documents as xml files which removes the duplicated 
      definition.
