Remove Flags and Stands directories from promotion default design
    models. I would like to have flags and Stands default design models
    (in 3d modeling probably) to illustrate the visual identity of CentOS
    project for those manifestations. At present time, it is not possible.
    So remove directories to reduce files to maintain.
