Update `render' functionality:
    
        - Remove `--translation' option from render_getActions.sh.
          Rendition of `sed' translation files by means of `sed'
          translation templates is no longer supported. We are using
          gettext to handle translation needs now.
    
        - Remove render_getActionsTranslations.sh file.
