Add Patterns and Brushes directory structure to handle patterns and
    brushes specific to TreeFlower 3 artistic motif. There is no one at
    this moment but directories are there in case you need to add them.
    Notice that files inside these directories are made available to gimp
    in order for everyone to use them.
