Add `centos-art.conf' file:
    
        - This file contains the default configuration used by
          centos-ar.sh.
    
        - People that need to use a different configuration (ie., to put
          their working copy in a place different from `~/Projects/CentOS'
          directory) can use variable CLI_WRKCOPY in this file to set the
          location they prefere.
    
        - Presently it is possible to change the following information:
        
            - Absolute path of the working copy
            - Copyright information printed on produced content.
            - The branding name used in files.
    
          Other information might be added in the future.
