Add both Anaconda and BootUp scalable vector graphics under
    trunk/Locales/Identity/Themes/Distro. These files contain the base
    English translation used by xml2po to produce .pot files for different
    locales. Also, the major release directory structure was used to
    reflect which image is produced to which major release of CentOS
    distribution.
