Update directory structure of tcar-scripts-hello
    
    - Previously, automation scripts related to hello module were stored
      in the root location of the tcar-scripts-hello branch. This produces
      an inappropriate organization when the tcar-scripts-hello branch is
      merged into tcar branch. In order to provide a better organization,
      this update creates the Scripts/Modules/Hello directory and moves
      automation scripts related to hello module into it.
    
    - Previously, documentation files related to hello module were stored
      inside the Manuals directory at the root directory of
      tcar-scripts-hello branch. This produces an inappropriate
      organization when the tcar-scripts-hello branch is merged into tcar
      branch. In order to provide a better organization, this update
      creates the Documentation/Manpages directory and moves documentation
      files related to hello module into it.
