Update both directory and documentation structure.
    
    - Previously, there was one directory for each documentation article.
      This update organizes documentation in a single book of two parts.
      The first part is devoted to CentOS corporate identity and the
      second part to CentOS repository. The first part is a conceptual
      introduction to second part which is the implementation of
      conceptual ideas described in the first part.
