Update `trunk/Identity/Webenv/Css/App' files:
    
        - Remove `paragraphs.css', `heading.css', `pagelines.css' and
          `ads.css'. The content of these files is now at `base.css'.
    
        - Fix separation between `userlinks' and `usertrail' on
          `page-header'.
