Update first.svgz from centos-5 distribution models.
    
    - Previously, it was using translation markers to determine the
      copyright holder printed in the image. The translation marker
      expands to "The CentOS Artwork SIG" which is not the copyright
      holder of CentOS distribution. This update changes the first.svgz
      file to use "The CentOS Project" as copyright holder of The CentOS
      Distribution, invariably.
