Add default translation messages for release notes using DocBook as
    base format. This let us use xml2po on them, and so use gettext
    convenction to translate them. Finally, using docbook2X commands, it
    is possible to produce them in different formats (e.g., PDF, HTML,
    XHTML, TXT, etc.).
