Update directory structure related to promotion design models.
    
    - Previously, design models related to promotion were stored under the
      Models/Promotion directory. This organization seems to be
      inappropriate when building rpm packages. In order to provide a
      better organization, this update moves design models related to
      promotion from Models/Promotion directory to tcar-models-promo
      directory.
