Update tcar_printHelp to retrieve documentation from Manuals/Final.
    
    - Previously, centos-art.sh script retrieved documentation from a
      directory named Manuals. Because the render module was updated to
      produce final content inside the Final directory the centos-art.sh
      script looks for Manuals instead of Manuals/Final, it no longer
      shows documentation when requested in the command-line. This update
      changes the tcar_printHelp function and the centos-art.conf.sh file
      to retrieve documentation from Manuals/Final directory.
