Update centos-art ``verify'' functionality scripts:
    
        - Add support for ``--links'' option through verify_doLinks.sh
          which call verify_doLinkCheck.sh, verify_doLinkReport.sh, and
          verify_doLinkInstall.sh.
    
    Correct some typos in ``--packages'' option.
    
    Update verify_getActions.sh to combine all ``verify'' options into
    just one, the ``--all'' option.
