    Update tcar_setModuleEnvironment.sh file.
    
    - Previously, tcar_setModuleEnvironment wasn't able to execute
      sibling modules from other sibling modules. This update changes
      the tcar_setModuleEnvironment function to allow executing sibling
      modules from other sibling modules.
